1. Order Cancellations
As our products are perishable food items, orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp or via phone at 072187 70431. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns and Refunds
We take strict measures to ensure that all our products maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement in such cases, please provide photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund or provide a replacement at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
